A beautiful meditation, I think it was around 7 months ago, when David first introduced a version of this meditation into my life. At that time my life was rather chaotic and I was new to meditation. I was able to connect to center and find that still point which helped me considerably in day to day life. I love this foundational meditation! The short and long version lengths enable me to fit it into varying daily schedules, ultimately keeping me more on track for a consistent practice. Sometimes having a guided meditation just gives that extra push on a day where I’m struggling a bit more. One great thing about these are that David gives enough blank space for you to actually get to a still point but with added support. A lot of guided meditations do so much talking, I don’t feel like I can actually quiet myself. I will keep coming back to this again and again!
