It didn’t dissapoint, wow….I’ve never done Yoga Nidra before, it was amazing, I swear at one point you were saying the mantras and my whole body was shaking, releasing emotions, when it came to the end I was, still am so relaxed…and at peace, I completely forgot I was poorly!
