Yoga Nidra: Return to Center
Right now at least there’s nothing to do. Nothing to accomplish. And no one you need to be. Discover the quiet peace or joy or contentment of becoming nothing. Nobody. You are nothing, because you are simply the space of awareness within which all kinds of experiences arise and subside. You are not the experiences because they come and go. You are the space of awareness which remains. And within which all experiences come and go.
