A powerful purification ritual for reconstituting the solid/grounded properties of earth, the liquid/solvent properties of water, combustible/transformative properties of fire, mobile qualities of air and the spacious/open properties of ether within you. Not just the physical elements, but also the principles. We are going to invite those principles, invoke our awareness of those principles and elemental energies within our body.
Bhutta (Elements) Shudhi (Purification)
With this meditation we purify the entire constitution, realigning with the intention of the essence nature, which is purity itself – it is consciousness as the original bliss of pure existence – impossible to imagine; it must be experienced. It must be recalled. Your essence nature must be recognized and you must awaken and abide in that recognition.
For this reason the practices of the yogic tradition are given to you.
