Program Description

If you’re navigating Kundalini awakening, you already know that experience often arrives before understanding.

Something opens. Energy begins moving. Old patterns surface. Perception shifts. Yet the frameworks most people encounter—if they encounter any at all—are rarely sufficient to explain what is actually unfolding.

The Energy Body is a year-long satsanga series created to address that gap. Rather than offering isolated techniques or disconnected concepts, it provides a coherent, progressive education in the subtle body, cultivating genuine energetic literacy through six sequential modules:

  • Foundations
  • Reiki
  • Akasha
  • Kundalini
  • The Western Mystery Tradition
  • Classical Tantra

This is a structured curriculum in which each satsanga builds directly upon the one before it. Foundations is the required entry point for all participants. The modules are not designed to be taken individually or out of sequence, as each establishes the conceptual and experiential groundwork for what follows.

The guiding principle throughout is simple: strong foundations create safe, stable, and sustainable spiritual development.


Highlights of the Foundations Module Include

  • An orientation to the work, including essential mind-body precautions, energetic hygiene, and the foundational rules of practice.
  • An introduction to the Fortress of Eight (Citadels of the Psyche) as a framework for understanding the conditioned mind and the obstacles to spiritual development.
  • Three effective methods of spiritual practice drawn from the classical traditions.
  • Three practical applications demonstrating how these methods can be integrated into everyday life.
  • Two guided meditations designed to establish a stable foundation for continued practice.
  • An extended live Q&A addressing participants’ questions and experiences.

This series is intended for sincere practitioners seeking clarity rather than sensationalism, depth rather than novelty, and a grounded understanding of the energetic dimensions of spiritual life.

The curriculum is designed to be undertaken sequentially. Each satsanga builds directly upon the one before it, allowing understanding and direct experience to unfold gradually through careful study, reflection, and practice. For this reason, individual modules are not offered as standalone purchases, and new students begin with Foundations before progressing through the remainder of the series.

All sessions are available through the Program Library, allowing members to revisit each satsanga as often as they wish while progressing through the curriculum at their own pace.
