Asteya & the Abundance Frequency

Unlocking the Secrets of Non-Stealing Through Yogic Ethics and Mystical Kabbalah

The Secret Teachings of the Mystical Kabbalah Will Refine Your Spiritual Practice!

This class explores Asteya, or The Art of Non-Stealing, and delves deep into the profound wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, correlating Indian wisdom teachings with the ancient mysticism of the Hebrew Kabbalah.

What is Asteya?

Asteya goes far beyond the mere prohibition of theft; it encompasses the respect for both our own and others’ sacred boundaries. The art of non-stealing teaches us how to elevate ourselves with a radical new perspective on life. In Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Asteya is one of the foundational ethical observances (yamas), encouraging us to cultivate integrity, generosity, and a sense of inner abundance.

This principle teaches us to honor the personal space and life force of ourselves and others—while recognizing that true generosity is only possible when we nurture our own self-care, energy, and boundaries.

Through the lens of Kabbalah, we explore five key components of the mystery tradition—unveiling the “secret of secrets” and revealing a core teaching for abiding in freedom, joy, and spiritual fullness.

Asteya resonates with the idea of balancing give-and-take in our relationships, reminding us that taking energy—through words, presence, or manipulation—can be just as draining as material theft. Both Eastern and Western traditions affirm the necessity of respecting energetic boundaries. When we stop leaking or stealing energy, we become available to presence, service, and joy.

Why This Program?

Because words like frequency, abundance, spiritual practice, and service should be tangible, lived realities.
We were rarely taught what it truly means to abide in our essence-nature or how to discern the subtle exchanges of energy that define every interaction.

This session introduces two time-honored wisdom traditions that bust the myths of spiritual bypass and lead us into grounded abundance—rooted in responsibility, clarity, and joy.
By weaving the mystical teachings of Kabbalah with Patanjali’s ethical framework, you’ll learn to decode inner and outer patterns of “stealing,” and reclaim the sovereignty of your attention, your voice, and your life-force.
