With an academic foundation in Semiotics—the study of how meaning is created and conveyed through symbols, language, and experience—he brings a rare blend of spiritual insight and scholarly depth to his work. David’s approach to past life regression is a process of gentle, respectful exploration, where imagery, emotion, and inner narrative are welcomed with presence and care. Informed by his experience in learning and development, his sessions integrate ancient wisdom with evidence-based coaching to create sacred, confidential spaces where deeper patterns, soul memories, and transformational insight can naturally emerge.
Past Life Regression is a gentle therapeutic process that uses deep relaxation or light hypnosis to access memories or impressions of previous lifetimes. It can offer insights into recurring patterns, relationships, fears, and even physical ailments that may have roots in your soul’s past.
Not at all. Many people approach PLR with curiosity rather than firm belief. Some see the imagery as symbolic, like a dream revealing deeper truths. Whether you see it as memory or metaphor, the experience can offer meaningful healing and self-awareness.
We begin with a calming induction to help you relax deeply. You’ll be guided through memories or impressions from one or more past lives. Afterward, we reflect on what came up and how it relates to your current life. You remain in control and aware throughout.
Not in the stage-performance sense. You'll enter a relaxed, meditative state (a theta state)—similar to the feeling just before sleep—where your subconscious mind becomes more accessible. You're fully conscious and can speak, move, or even stop the session at any time.
Most people are able to access something meaningful, even if it’s their first time. Your openness, comfort level, and ability to relax all contribute. Even if vivid memories don’t appear, sensations or emotions often provide powerful insights.
Your safety and emotional well-being are the priority. You'll be guided with care and compassion, and you’ll always have the choice to observe from a distance or return to a safe place. Integration support is part of every session.
Come with an open mind and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Avoid heavy meals or stimulants beforehand. You may wish to bring a question or theme to explore, but it’s not required.
One session can be profoundly healing. However, some choose to explore further sessions to work through specific themes or receive guidance from the soul’s journey over time.
While past life regression can be deeply therapeutic, it is not a replacement for licensed psychological or medical treatment. It’s a form of spiritual exploration and healing, and is best seen as complementary to other modalities, including yoga therapy and/or standard transpersonal psychology.
