When the foundations for harmony and consistent self-care have been set, through the implementation of the principles in Step I (Vishranti: Relax & Repose), then it’s time to systematically and methodically approach the varied skillful means of establishing ourselves in awakened awareness with the full litany of traditional wisdom practices.
Because that’s the whole point of the journey, right? ‘To abide in awakened awareness of yourself as a free being in alignment with Life, engaged with your personal vision of joy.
To ‘practice’ the traditional wisdom teachings means engaging reality, as it is, before engaging with it as we might want it to be. This is the inner yoga, the Path of the Luminous Knowledge of Reality.
PART ONE
JNANA YOGA
Overview:
Part One of our three-part program delves into Jnana Yoga, the path of wisdom and self-realization. This foundational course is designed to introduce and deepen your understanding of key spiritual practices that foster awakened awareness and facilitate a profound connection with the Self. Through a combination of guided meditations, mental practices, and theoretical insights, you will lay the groundwork for a transformative spiritual journey.

The course will guide you through ancient wisdom and practices that illuminate the fundamental pulsations of reality and the transformative power of mantra.

THE COSMIC DANCE

Part Three of our transformative program, “The Cosmic Dance,” culminates your journey through spiritual practice by exploring the profound concept of awareness as the center of all being. Drawing from the timeless wisdom of Kshemaraja’s The Recognition Sutras, this final segment focuses on the dynamic interplay of the 5 Acts (creation, preservation, reabsorption, concealment, and revelation) and their manifestation in our daily lives. You will engage in advanced practices to deepen your non-conceptual experience and embody ethical guidelines that harmonize with your spiritual path.
Course Objectives:

Understand the Cosmic Dance: Explore the nature of awareness and its role in the 5 Acts of creation, preservation, reabsorption, concealment, and revelation. Learn how these acts are continuously performed through you and how they reveal the true nature of the Self.

Prerequisites:
Completion of Parts One and Two of the program, or equivalent foundational knowledge in Jnana Yoga and Mantra/Tantra practices, is required. A commitment to advanced meditation practices and ethical reflection is essential.
